Terms and Conditions • Upon completing the Membership Form, the Members Officer will contact you with payment details. Once the initial fee has been paid, the Chairperson will welcome you officially to the Club with a welcome pack. • Blackheath Tag Rugby Club members must join for a minimum of 4 full months. The yearly membership fee is £10(free for the first year for those who played officially in an NCR Blackheath League Team at some stage-pre-1 June 2022). Memberships are renewed on the 1st day of June each year. • If you have opted to pay the annual membership fee (£10) upfront, note that the fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for non-usage of BTRC practice sessions and/or Tag Rugby league games • We will give you at least 10 working days’ notice of any changes to membership fees. • Cancellation: You cannot cancel your membership within the first 4 months. 1-months’ notice is required, and you must send this notification to blackheathtagrugby@gmail.com.
